Terms & Conditions

Terms for using PropEd Capital websites, simulated trading programs, account workflows, and platform access.

Program status

PropEd Capital offers simulated trading evaluation and sim-funded account programs for educational and evaluation purposes. PropEd is not a broker and does not provide investment advice.

Trading rules

Traders are responsible for understanding plan rules, drawdown, consistency, payout buffers, payout caps, and contract limits before trading.

Position liquidation

Sim-funded positions are not liquidated daily at 3:45 PM ET. Traders can swing trade during the week. Positions are liquidated Friday at 3:45 PM ET unless the trader has purchased weekend holds. Live accounts may have separate liquidation requirements.

Payouts

Payout eligibility is determined by the dashboard and account rules. If the dashboard allows the payout request, PropEd's stated commitment is to pay it.

Refunds

Refunds may be granted when the account has not been traded and the refund request is submitted within 14 days of purchase. Once an account has trading activity, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Blacklist and ban policy

To protect the integrity of evaluations, payouts, and the trading environment, PropEd Capital may suspend access, archive trading accounts, freeze purchases, forfeit profits and pending payouts, block associated IP addresses, and permanently ban customers who violate account conduct rules.

Prohibited conduct

Prohibited conduct includes multiple or duplicate accounts, account or credential sharing, identity misrepresentation or failed verification, coordinated hedging across accounts, group or collusive trading, ban circumvention, chargebacks, stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or other fraudulent purchase activity.

Coordinated hedging

Coordinated hedging includes holding offsetting positions in one account or across multiple accounts to neutralize market risk and game an evaluation or payout. This includes opposing positions in mini and micro equivalents of the same market, such as NQ/MNQ or ES/MES, and opposing positions in correlated index products such as Nasdaq complex products against S&P complex products.

Blacklist enforcement

When an account is blacklisted, all purchases may be frozen, open trading accounts may be archived, platform access may be disabled, associated IP addresses may be blocked, and future registration or purchase using the same identity, email, phone number, or IP may be prevented. Suspected hedging is automatically flagged for human review before action is taken, and PropEd reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and withhold payouts pending review.

Risk

Futures trading involves substantial risk. Simulated performance is not live performance and does not guarantee future outcomes.
